Maple Wind Farm Dinner

Join us for a summer dinner featuring food from Maple Wind Farm prepared by chef Ethan Chamberlain. Farmers Bruce Hennessy and Beth Whiting of Maple Wind Farm will lead a tour of the Richmond farm facilities for dinner guests. *Join VLT’s Bob Heiser at 5:30 PM for an optional hiking tour of the Andrews Forest across the street before dinner. Learn about the project to create a public, community forest on this land.

Bahn mi crostini; chicken liver pate, cucumber, cilantro, hot peppers, sriracha aioli
Deep fried deviled eggs; pickled red onions, smoked paprika, chives
Spicy grilled Jamaican jerk style chicken kabobs

Baby lettuces and sungold tomatoes, buttermilk vinaigrette
Chile marinated slow roasted leg of pork; charred salsa verde
