Annual Celebration Program
Approaching our fifth decade, VLT is diving deeply into learning how social dynamics are relevant to land protection, and about our responsibility to understand those dynamics. Our keynote speakers will address the relationship between equity and land conservation from their unique perspectives and identities.
Danyelle O’Hara works with organizations to help build capacity related to community economic development, natural resources management, and community change.
Matt Kolan directs the University of Vermont’s Leadership for Sustainability Master’s Program. He teaches courses in leadership, power and privilege, and field ecology.
Kaylynn Sullivan TwoTrees is an educator, artist and activist. She also teaches in the Leadership for Sustainability Program and focuses on re-orienting to indigenous mind and radical reciprocity.
