Books, Maps & More 2007 Conserved Lands Atlas The image below is from the 68-page, spiral-bound, laminated Conserved Lands Atlas created by the Vermont Land Trust. Developed as a conservation planning and stewardship tool, the atlas color codes the privately owned parcels, conserved by VLT and other nonprofit groups, as well publicly owned State, Federal, and Municipal parcels throughout the state. A generalized land cover classification (open/agricultural or forested) and contours draped over a hillshade help to illustrate the influence of Vermont’s topography on settlement patterns, transportation network and water resources. To purchase a copy of the Conserved Lands Atlas at $30, plus $5 for shipping, please contact our Montpelier office at 802-223-5234, or send email to Shelly Weeks. We are in the process of updating our full inventory of items. Please check back here soon. In the meanwhile, contact our Montpelier office at 802-223-5234, or email to Shelly Weeks, to purchase VLT baseball caps.
